Sue Ann Ehmann - Biography |
Sue Ann has always enjoyed dancing and since
2005 has been teaching line dance classes on a regular basis in
Virginia and NC. She and her students often entertain the
residents at their local Assisted Living Center and have
performed at various local festivals over the years.
Sue Ann has instructed at workshops in Danville, VA; Columbia, SC;
Concord, NC; Durham, NC; and has been a guest instructor in
Roanoke, VA; Eden, NC; Burlington, NC; and at Arizona Petes
in Greensboro, NC. She has taught at a summer camp for kids
in both Stuart and Spencer, VA.
Several times a year Sue Ann co-hosts Line Dance Workshops at her
facility in Stella, VA. She has also presented several
beginner workshops in Danville, VA.
She stays in touch with current line dances by attending
workshops throughout the year.
In 2007 Sue Ann became interested in choreography. In May,
2008, Sue Ann entered two of her dances in the choreography
competition at the JG2 Marathon in Raleigh, NC. Her dance,
Long Legs, won 1st place in the Non-Country, Beginner
division, and Brand New House, won 2nd place in the
Non-Country, Intermediate division.
In May, 2009, Sue Ann again competed at the JG2 Marathon in
Raleigh, NC and her dance, Hippy Dippy Mambo, won 1st
place in the Non-Country, Beginner division, and Light
On, won 3rd place in the Non-Country, Intermediate division.
She and her husband, Ron, along with their five dogs reside in
the Stella Community of Patrick Springs, VA

Sue Ann a toujours eu du plaisir en dansant et depuis 2005 elle enseigne régulièrement la danse en ligne en Virginie et en Caroline du Nord. Accompagnée de ses élèves, elle anime fréquemment le centre local de la communauté de Stella et se produisent aussi dans différents festivals.
Sue Ann a donné des ateliers de danse a Danville (Virginie),
Columbia (Caroline du Sud), Concord et Durham (Caroline du Nord)
et a aussi été invitée à Roanoke (Virginie), Eden et a l'Arizona
Pete's in Greensboro (Caroline du Nord). Elle a aussi animé des
camps d'été pour enfants à Stuart et Spencer (Virginie).
Plusieurs fois par an, Sue Ann partage l'affiche d'ateliers de
danse à Stella et a Danville (Virginie) où elle présente
différents ateliers de danse pour débutants.
Elle est en contact permanent avec les danses actuelles par les
ateliers de danse qu'elle donne toute l'année.
En 2007, Sue Ann pris goût à la chorégraphie de danse. En mai
2008, elle présente deux de ses chorégraphies en compétition (JG2
Marathon à Raleigh - Caroline du Nord).Sa danse "Long Legs"
gagne la première place dans la catégorie non-country débutant
et "Brand New House" la 2ème place dans la catégorie
non-country intermédiaire.
En 2009, Sue Ann participe à nouveau aux compétitions (JG2
Marathon à Raleigh - Caroline du Nord) et prend la première
place avec "Hippy Dippy Mambo (non-country débutant) et la
troisième place avec Light On (non-country intermédiaire).
Elle et son mari, Ron, ainsi que leurs cinq chiens habitent dans
la communauté de Stella à Patrick Spring (Virginie).
